The form goes to the reception mailbox, where the people on shift read it. We usually reply the same day and always within two working days. Please keep card numbers and identification numbers out of it; we will never ask for either by email.

Access
Steps, lifts and what we can do
The front door has one step of about 11 cm, and a portable ramp is kept behind the desk; ask and somebody will bring it out. From there the lobby, the dining room, the bar and the ground-floor rooms are all level. The lift serves the ground, first and second floors, and the third floor is reached by stairs only.
Two ground-floor rooms have grab rails, a roll-in shower and a wider door. The vault below stairs is down eleven steps and can't be made step-free. We're sorry about that and haven't found a way round it.
Assistance dogs are welcome everywhere in the building, the second-floor landing included.
